Blog #1

1) I hope that I’ll be able to do well at math because I haven’t been doing a good job at it in 10th grade. Not sure if it’ll use it outside of class in the future but I still want to get better at it so I can get a good grade and pass the 11th grade. I also hope to understand Biology because I want to become a vet when I get older and knowing Biology is part of being a vet.
2) In Humanities, I hope to learn something that I didn’t know before like how in 10th grade, I somewhat learned about how London has cameras in the streets, which caught my interest because I did my mini project on it. I want to learn something that I never knew was happening in other places of the world. Or I’ll like to learn how the past is different from the present and if it’s a good thing or not. I hope that I’ll be able to learn something that’ll help me understand the world better and help me get up to date on what’s going on so far and what happened before.
3) Something I do well on is drawing. I got into it in 2006 and it became a hobby for me. Even though I started out drawing on paper and I wasn’t that good, I still kept trying. Later, I got into digital drawing but the only program I could use was MS paint, but that didn’t stop me either. When I got to the point where I want to post my art for others to see, I was quite surprise to see how many people liked it. I got a better drawing program and I was bad at the start but later on I got better. Now it’s 2010 and I think I’m pretty good at drawing, yet I’m still going to practice at being better. I always liked to doodle or draw out things, but I started to draw more certain things. Things that caught my interest. I have always had the talent to draw but I just never expand my talent and showed it off to the world. I do that today because I want people to see what I can do and get good feedback from my friends, family, or even strangers on what I should improve on.
